STUDIO REOPENING HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
At CycleBar, the health and safety of our members and team is our top priority. We continue to monitor this situation in real-time to ensure the proper precautions are being taken across our studios, referencing the CDC’s recommendations and adjusting operations to keep you and our team members safe and healthy.
As COVID-19 restrictions begin to ease across the country, extensive health and safety measures are rigorously maintained with specific studio guidelines to provide all of our members with a safe class experience. Our studios are following state and local restriction directives where appropriate, as well as specific industry operating guidelines.
We also continue to offer virtual classes, outdoor classes and events at many studios for your fitness and wellness during these ever changing circumstances.
Social Distancing Measures
Reduced Studio Class Size
Our studios will reduce class sizes to ensure an appropriate amount of personal distance between members during class is maintained. This will mean bikes are spaced out in some studios.
‘In Good Health’ Verification
When booking in-studio classes, you will be required to affirm at time of booking, that you are in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as detailed by the CDC.
Additionally, we ask you to complete a waiver to be kept on file to acknowledge your participation in the studio is welcomed as long as you are healthy and observing our new studio policies and social distancing protocols.
Contactless Check-In
If you’re taking in-studio classes, the Ride CycleBar Mobile App check-in feature will allow you to check-in for a booked class utilizing your own personal device instead of the front desk kiosk.
Hands Off Corrections
For your safety, our CycleStars Instructors will coach you on your form using verbal cues and demonstration, instead of using any hands on corrections.
Equipment Usage and Class Modifications
To ensure your safety, we will be limiting our equipment for class, and will refrain from use of the arm bars.To ensure the safety of all staff members and participants, outside equipment will not be allowed in the studio. Towels and water bottles are permitted.
Studio & Equipment Sanitization
Where possible, rides will be spaced apart to allow for staff to sanitize equipment in between each ride.
